Iben Nora Group Conduct weekly Safety Committee meetings to identify any potential risks or hazards in the workplace and immediately address these concerns. Training all employees on Job Safety Analyses/Job Safety Hazards to assist the Safety Committee in creating procedures that establish an accident free workplace. Fostering field ownership of our Safety Program to ensure our operators independently make good decisions and report all safety concerns. Ensure safety and health issues are considered before awarding contracts. Provide all employees with a work environment free from unacceptable hazards. Ensure that employees have the appropriate tools and training to successfully complete each job safely.
